Ancillary Defense sells firearm accessories and related products. It is your responsibility to determine whether the purchase, possession, installation, configuration, and use of any product is lawful in your jurisdiction.

Laws and regulations vary by location and may change. Ancillary Defense does not provide legal advice and does not represent that a product or configuration is legal for every customer or in every jurisdiction.

You agree to use our products lawfully, responsibly, and in accordance with applicable product instructions.

2. Product Compatibility and Installation

We make reasonable efforts to accurately describe product compatibility, materials, dimensions, features, and appearance. Minor variations may occur between products, production runs, photographs, and on-screen representations.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, firearms, optics, lights, magazines, suppressors, muzzle devices, and other equipment shown in photographs are for demonstration purposes only and are not included.

You are responsible for confirming product compatibility before installation.

Some products require installation or modification of an existing configuration. Follow all installation instructions and inspect the product and firearm before use. If you are not comfortable performing an installation, we recommend having the product installed by a qualified professional.

To the extent permitted by law, Ancillary Defense is not responsible for damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, unauthorized modification, incompatible components, failure to follow instructions, or use of a damaged product.

3. Orders and Payment

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order, including in cases involving pricing errors, suspected fraud, inventory problems, shipping restrictions, or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.

Prices may change without notice. The price shown when your order is placed will apply to that order, excluding applicable taxes and shipping charges.

You agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, payment, and contact information.

4. Shipping

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, severe weather, incorrect shipping information supplied by the customer, government actions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If we are unable to ship an order within the time represented at the time of purchase, we will handle the delay or cancellation in accordance with applicable law.

Customers are responsible for providing a secure and accurate delivery address.

5. Returns and Warranty

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Certain Ancillary Defense products may also include a product-specific warranty, including our Lifetime Warranty where stated on the applicable product page. Any warranty specifically stated for a product will control over a conflicting general provision in these Terms.

A warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, improper installation, unauthorized modification, incompatible components, normal cosmetic wear, or use contrary to the product's instructions unless expressly stated otherwise.

The Ancillary Defense name, logos, product designs, photographs, graphics, written content, videos, product descriptions, and other original content on this website are owned by or licensed to Ancillary Defense and may be protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade dress, or other intellectual-property laws.

You may use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, or commercially exploit our website content or intellectual property without our prior written permission.

7. Website and Third-Party Services

We try to keep the website accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely current.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or use third-party services. Ancillary Defense is not responsible for the content, availability, security, products, or practices of third parties.

Our store is hosted by Shopify. Purchases made through ancillarydefense.com are transactions between you and Ancillary Defense, not Shopify. Shopify is not the seller of Ancillary Defense products and is not responsible for the products you purchase from us.

Except for any warranty expressly provided by Ancillary Defense and except where prohibited by law, our website and products are provided without additional express or implied warranties.
