Processing Times

In-stock orders typically ship within 2–3 business days of purchase, unless otherwise stated.

Some products may experience extended lead times due to high demand, limited inventory, production schedules, or other fulfillment constraints. When a product has a longer estimated ship time, that timeframe will be clearly stated on the product page or elsewhere on the website.

For example, products currently experiencing high demand may have an estimated 3–4 week lead time before shipment.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping options and applicable charges are displayed at checkout.

Delivery estimates provided by the carrier begin after your order has been processed and shipped. Carrier transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed by Ancillary Defense.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available.

Delays

We make every effort to ship orders within the estimated timeframe provided at the time of purchase. Occasionally, fulfillment or carrier delays may occur.

If a significant delay affects your order, we will contact you with updated information and any available options.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, contact us at support@ancillarydefense.com as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to correct the address before shipment, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered fulfillment or been transferred to the carrier.

Additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer's responsibility.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, is missing items, or appears to have been lost in transit, contact us at support@ancillarydefense.com with your order number and details of the issue.

We will work with you and the shipping carrier to determine the appropriate resolution.
